We had a very positive experience with the service people who came to fix our oven today. They let us know when they were going to be a little bit late but then arrived promptly. The problem with our oven was diagnosed quickly and they had the necessary parts with them to make the repair. We much prefer this to buying a new appliance and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone else who might need their services. We would certainly call upon them again if need be.

The technician diagnosed the problem immediately and had the parts in his truck. He serviced my dryer satisfactorily, and I will definitely consider him for future jobs with my other appliances. The six-month warranty is also a plus for dealing with this company.

We had an igniter fail on our oven, had been replaced by GE several years ago, we seldom use the oven so was shocked when it failed again. We reached out to several service providers, selected Appliance Rangers. They were not the best price but they were very responsive. We had an appointment time slot and I was notified when they were 50 minutes away. They arrived, while I had a part, Edward brought one and I chose to have him install the part he brought. He was quick efficient, checked things out before he left. Great Job....on my list if we have an appliance repair need in the future.

This was my first time learning this app and service, and I must say I am impressed. My French door refrigerator had stopped getting cold on me. When I reached out, the Appliance Avengers got back to me within 30 minutes, if not sooner, and had Alex scheduled within the next five hours to come out. Alex is knowledgeable and had gotten right to the service when he arrived. He is very quick and proficient. He's also punctual and very respectful.
