We have had a backed-up bathroom sink three times in the last few months. The first two were 'fixed' but the back ups returned soon after. We went to Thumbtack and found Nationwide Plumbers. The experience from booking (Debbie and Crystal) to pipes was superb. Telephone contact for booking and tweaking and confirming, etc. was very personable and professional. Our plumber and his assistant arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and were very helpful with information about what may have happened and what possibilities to expect in the future - and the pricing was very fair. I would definitely use Nationwide again for any plumbing challenges !

Good work and very knowledgeable. I liked that they send a photo of the technician prior to his/her arrival. Downside was that I had an arrival window of 10-1 pm, so of course we ended up being at e very end of the schedule. Once they arrived, they were on the case, moved quickly and got the job done. Very nice job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing usually takes into account that we are fully insured which is slightly more expensive than someone uninsured.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process is very simple. Once the job is booked the customer will be able to receive by e-mail or text who the technician will be with a picture and a small bio for security reason as well as a link to track the technician live. After the visit the customer will be receiving a survey review to tell about their experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our technician have over 15 years of experience and have had experience in most area of plumbing.
