We hired Kat for day-of coordination, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the moment she stepped in, she took charge and ensured everything ran smoothly. She was lovely to speak to about our plans… gracious, organized, professional, and handled every detail with care, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our day. Kat came from NY to CT, arriving on-time and was incredibly responsive in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the day of, she kept everything on track, communicated seamlessly with all vendors, and quickly resolved any small hiccups without us even knowing. Her calm and friendly demeanor was refreshing. Our family and guests continued to ask who is “that amazing women” and repeatedly commented on how she was everywhere making everything happen. I can’t recommend Kat enough for anyone looking for a reliable, and personable day-of coordinator. She was the MVP of our wedding day!

Kat was incredible! She helped host a party for 50 people and worked seamlessly into the plan. She was able to constantly prepare for things before they happened, and made it very easy for us to enjoy a party we were hosting. I instantly felt at ease knowing Kat was taking care of everything. She was pleasant to work with, professional, and took care of things I never would have thought of! For example, when we ran out of something, she even offered to run and get more. No questions asked, she just wanted to get the job done. Moreover, she was just good company and someone I would always trust with any party needs. Kat and Lisa made this party look effortless. They did so much work behind the scenes. We had about 60 people at my 75th birthday and I was able to relax and enjoy my family and friends. They helped to set up, to serve and to clean up with all serving dishes washed and food put away. I highly recommend both.
