- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for physical fitness started twelve years ago after constantly struggling with weight gain/lost cycles. After working with a personal trainer, I learned how to improve my overall physical fitness level, while finally losing those unwanted “yo-yo” pounds, lower my body mass index and improve cardiovascular endurance.
