- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2 men w/truck $130/hr 3 men w/truck $160/hr (10% off) 4 men w/truck $190/hr (10% off) 5 men w/truck $220/hr (10% off) **There's a 3.5-4 hour minimum for each service depending on location of the jobs. **Automatic 10% off for first time customers!! **Wrapping of furniture and disassembly/reassembly is included in your move as well as TV unmounting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a confirmation email for the customer which includes all the details of the move including contact, pricing, and any other applicable fees. There are no fees hidden. Other fees, if applicable include : COI (Certificate of Insurance) $50 Reservation Deposit $50 (deducted from your total) * Reservation deposits are non-refundable and goes towards are time and effort made for arrangements. * Any damage claims must be reported within 24hrs to be deemed valid for repair or replacement. No refunds.
