This amazing group of men showed up to my parents house and made the moving process for them effortless. After years of convincing, my parents finally decided to move in with me. They are moving out of the home that I was raised in which was a hard pill for my 78 yr old mother to swallow. She’s been there for the last 40yrs of her life. She was blown away by their work, politeness and understanding. She never felt rushed and was extremely happy. This was a huge assist and I’m happy I found them through this platform. I absolutely will recommend them to any of my close friends and family members that are considering moving in the future.

Moving is never fun.. and I’m not gonna say some cheesy line and say these awesome cool dudes make moving super fun or so, but I will say they make your moving experience so stress free, so clean, so quick, and so perfect. They make it look so easy you will almost double guess yourself and think you could’ve done it yourself. (No way I could have done this by myself or even if I called some friends to help, even) They are just that good. So good you will be surprised at how easy and clean these guys make it seem. I would not even think about another company to call when I need to move. These guys are level up, top of the class, and the best team to go with. Hands down feet down bow down. Thank you again. I’ll be calling you in a year when my new lease ends. 👍🏼

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2 men w/truck &135/hr 3 men w/truck $175/hr (10% off) 4 men w/truck $220/hr (10% off) 5 men w/truck $280/hr (10% off) **There's a 3.5-4 hour minimum for each service depending on location of the jobs. **Automatic 10% off for first time customers!! **Wrapping of furniture and disassembly/reassembly is included in your move as well as TV unmounting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a confirmation email for the customer which includes all the details of the move including contact, pricing, and any other applicable fees. There are no fees hidden. Other fees, if applicable include : COI (Certificate of Insurance) $50 Reservation Deposit $50 (deducted from your total) * Reservation deposits are non-refundable and goes towards are time and effort made for arrangements. * Any damage claims must be reported within 24hrs to be deemed valid for repair or replacement. No refunds.
