- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A non-refundable & non-transferrable deposit fee is required for all services. Fee varies depending on service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For facials: I always do a consultation and in-depth skin analysis to assess my client's skin and find out what they're home routine is. As well as any products/brands that (s)he may have used or ever had a reaction to; this way I can proceed into deciding which products will work best for their treatment. As with most of my services there is always an intake form to find out if the client is using any medications, topical treatments, pregnant, etc. or has any contraindications to a service, so that there are no reactions or any careless accidents that could've been avoided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a New York State Licensed Esthetician, receiving my training from Lia Schorr Institute of Cosmetic Skin Training.
