- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straight forward. All customers in 2024 who request a free estimate. Automatically receive a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I ask lots of questions to see if I could save you money on your next project. 2. I’ll create your personalized estimate based on the information you provided. 3. You take the time you need to look over & If you have any questions feel free to ask. 4. If you agree & want to move forward, let me know what’s your availability. 5. I would ask for a deposit to confirm the day & time we start and finish project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working at a local hardware store when I was 17 years old back in 2002. 12 years providing customers with handyman services. I then decided it was time to start F & C Contracting in 2014. Home improvement, handyman, moving, cleaning, debris removal, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, detail finish work & much more.
