Jesus is extremely knowledgeable. He made sure my project was completed as desired. Being that this was my first renovation, Jesus answered all of my questions along the way and was great to work with! Him and his team did an awesome job turning my studio into a one bedroom, gut renovating my kitchen, and updating my bathroom sink and tub doors.

Jesus and his team handled the gut renovation of our kitchen. From start to finish Jesus was a consummate professional. We interviewed four contractors and chose Jesus because of his sincerity, his knowledge, and experience. He was attentive to detail, made sure that everything was up to code, was responsive to all of our requests, and really took the time to do the work right. We were so impressed with him and his team of contractors, licensed plumbers, and licensed electricians. Jesus did his level best to stay on budget, without compromising any quality. We love love love our new kitchen. It turned out absolutely fantastic. Every detail looks terrific, from the floor tiles, to the cabinetry, to the way Jesus reinforced the walls, how he cut tiny tiles to make the backsplash perfect, to the gorgeous paint job. He and his team even cleaned up when they were done! My wife and I could not ask for anything more in a contractor. We are already planning on asking Jesus to come back to handle some bathroom updates. We have recommended him to family and friends.

Jesus at JMI was responsive, thorough, and easy to work with. He went the extra mile with the project to make sure every detail was correct. He listened to our design preferences and put them in place. He is very experienced with NYC kitchens and was able to fit more than we imagined into our small space - oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher. We are so happy with our kitchen!
