- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary based upon location of the venue, size of the venue, amount of materials that are used or rented, number of tables being set for guest, centerpiece size etc…
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process working with a new customer is speaking on the phone or meeting in person to discuss event details. Afterwards we will narrow down how we want the event to look and how much materials are needed. Then we move forward to discussing a quote and of all parties are in agreement, an invoice is made and settled upon!
