I never cut corners and will try to make you comfortable by explaining you what actions need to be taken when new a concept is being taught or a new service is being provided. Services: Service Call charge is $150 (includes 1hr of service) Diagnostic/Evaluation is $75 to $100 Fixing the issue is $25 to $75 Additional hours: $150/hr for networking, else $100/hr Occasionally I may offer credits towards other services which you will know about once you pay in full for the services I provided to you. Computer Classes: $125/hr Printer related services: I can only cover Software installations/Setup (PC or Mac and ), Printer Setup including connectivity connectivity ( Wifi/USB) and in some cases paper jam issues. I do not cover mechanical and electrical issues Network Services: I currently cover only Personal (non business) issues in the following areas: - Parental Control Setup and Training - Wifi Network Setup or Troubleshooting Virus Removal Services: I will charge a $250 flat fee for the first device if you are within 10 miles radius and $40 for any additional device given it can be resolved within 30min time. Business Consultations: $500/hr Web Hosting Consultation: $400/hr Web Design : $150/hr Limitation of Liability The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or system failure. The maximum liability of the Service Provider for any claim arising under this Agreement is limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this Agreement. The Service Provider will not be liable for any failures, malfunctions, or other issues related to third-party products (such as printers, antivirus software, or other hardware and software provided by vendors). A $75 deposit is required for any appointment (payable by credit card) Once time is confirmed you can cancel with at least 24 hours prior the appointment time for in-office appointments or 3hrs for other appointments, else you are responsible for a cancellation fee of $50 *************************************************************************** I am available on site around NYC in The Bronx, Manhattan , Queens, Westchester and Rockland counties and remotely if needed for follow-up.
