- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have fixed prices, but I am also a flexible business person. I believe in working with the customer, so there can be times where we may negotiate the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 Bartender/ Mixologist Certifications, one from American Bartender's School in March of 2010 and the other from Bartender's International School in June of 2011. I have an Advanced Mixology Certification from European Bartender School in June 2022. I am ServSafe Certified from the National Restaurant Association since January of 2017 and I have my Food Handlers Permit since February of 2017. I also have an A.S. In Dietetics and Nutrition from Bronx Community College (2015). Nas’ Private Bartending also provides Certificate of Insurance/ Liquor Liability.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I realized I have an immense passion for Mixology and being an all around great people person. These motives drove me straight to American Bartenders School for my first Bartender Certificate in 2010. I have enjoyed and learned from all of my Bartending experiences ever since, and continue to do so.
