- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For larger vision projects, a minimum investment of $400 is required. Additionally, we offer wall-mounted balloon garlands starting at $285. Please note that there is an optional $30 balloon destruction fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I will discuss the customer’s vision for the event. Then, I will provide ideas to enhance the event’s decor while staying within their budget. Once the customer approves the quote, they must submit a deposit to secure the date. Finally, I will send the booking form to the client’s email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed multiple event decorating courses from the renowned Qualatex brand, specializing in balloon art, color theory for balloon displays, and the art of organic balloon arches
