I had a very disappointing experience with these guys. Before they came out, I asked for the cost to replace a flow valve, and they provided a price. However, once they arrived on-site, they tried to increase the quoted amount. When I refused to pay more than the original agreed apon price, they accepted the job and never showed back up to do the job. I realized they initially quoted a low price just to get the job, only to try and upsell later. Really unprofessional.
