FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flexible pricing tailored to your needs, whether you’re looking for a one-time session or ongoing coaching. Discounts are available for longer-term packages, and I’m happy to discuss options that fit your goals. My hourly rate starts at $150, and full comprehensive plans are priced depending on complexity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to learn about your goals, challenges, and priorities. From there, I develop a customized plan with clear steps to help you move forward confidently. I focus on making the process simple and effective. The most important thing is I'll make sure you understand every concept we go over so you have the confidence to take control of your finances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 years of experience working with over 200 clients (90% in Upstate NY), managing over $30 million in assets. I've worked for some of Rochesters most renowned firms, learning something new from each of them. I have both the FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses which are needed to give investment advice and are what identify advisors as being a fiduciary. I left the firm I worked for to start my own and am currently waiting for NY to approve my registration. This means that my licenses are currently inactive which limits the scope of advice I can give for now--hence "Financial Coach" vs "Financial Advisor".
