Can't recommend Hickory Henry enough. Amazing work on all the projects he's done for us (painting a deck, installation of a wooden fence, sun room flooring, etc). Will absolutely be hiring him again in the future.

We had a promising initial exchange, we set up an appointment. But on the day of, he ghosted me and did not returned any of my messages. I set up another appointment via the Thumbtack app, which he confirmed, but did not show up for the second appointment. He may be sick or something, I hope he is well. But a message apologizing and to cancel the appointments would have been appreciated.

He was very personable & easy to work with. This was really a 2-person job, but he (all 150ish lbs soaking wet) managed to bring a massage chair from my garage to an upstairs bedroom by himself that took 2 delivery people to get from the truck to my garage (Instead of the bedroom as expected). Dont know how he did it, but he did! He did dent the hallway wall at the top of the stairs but this was due to him performing a 2-person job by himself. The assembly of the bed with attached massage chair was also a 2-person job that he somehow did himself AND I understand he was paid a flat rate for what was deemed a 1.5 he job that took over 3 hrs to complete! When done i was very satisfied that the bed smart bed was assembled well!
