Me and my wife recently moved to Florida and we had the pleasure of working with Moda Realty and Greg. Greg sold us the place when we first moved to the Riverdale Area in the Bronx NY and re fully renovated the place. Greg was so excited about our renovations that he literally told us he could sell it in days and get 100k over asking. We did not sell the home because we bought it to live in it but after 7 years of living in this beautiful home we decided to move to FLWe off course decided to call our friend and realtor Greg back and gave him the home. Now to give you some context, between me having a pulse on the market and what the feds were doing and Greg's excellent recommendations to list in Feburary instead of the spring time we ended up timing this market percectly and selling at the top. We sold our property as the highest sold apartment in a 2 building complexGreg...Thank you for being our friend and realtor. Greg was personally recommended to me by a very close friend when I decided to sell my house in Dobbs Ferry. After our initial meeting I felt confident that Greg can get the job done. Pricing the house was a bit tricky since my home had a lot of unique features, plus many recent updates that cost me thousands of dollars. Greg took everything into account and gave me great staging advice so that the home shows better to prospective buyers. I think he priced it right on the money, since we started to receive serious offers almost immediately. While I didn't end up accepting the highest offer (it had too many contingencies), I accepted a great offer from a wonderful family and we closed in just over 1 month. By the way, Greg is very responsive -- he answered every time I called! He is a man of his word and I truly appreciate that. Thanks again!

These guys are straight shooters. I like their no-nonsense approach, no fluff, no BS. They didn't bring me a ton of reading materials, but I still felt confident when hiring them to sell my home. Unlike many Realtors who over-promise and under-deliver, these guys delivered on every single one of their promises. The marketing they provided was unparalleled, the photography came out amazing, the agent was on time for every single showing and he pre-qualified every single buyer before showing them my home. What I especially liked was the fact that they did not use a lock box and had a dedicated agent for the showings. I am happy to say that after only a few weeks on the market I accepted an offer that was very close to my asking price and we successfully sold our home thanks to Moda Realty!
