- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first visit is going to be a non negotiable fee. After the tank is in an acceptable condition, I offer monthly check ups which include water changes, filter changes, and replanting (if you have live plants)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know the main point of interest, what is the client having trouble with. This will be done over the phone. Once I have a better understanding of the situation. I will arrive to residence with proper tools to complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aquariums and fish care has been a hobby of mine ever since I was 10. I’ve seen pretty much everything, no tank is to far gone if the fish are still breathing.
