- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start off every project by taking the time to visit with the customer so that we can fully understand exactly what they expect. Once we see the site, we offer a formal proposal and if the customer chooses to hire us, we scheduled the job on a date that is agreed upon by everyone. We then show up on time when expected and exceed the customers expectations.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Not all contractors or quotes are the same. Make sure the contractor that you chose understands what you want, has the proper equipment to complete the job on time, and in case anything ever happens make sure they are properly insured and follow best practices.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The biggest and most challenging question is what do you expect? What do you want your property to look like when the project is complete? Sometimes this can be a difficult question to think through because there are so many different things that can be done! Once we visit a site, we will always make recommendation and find a solution that will work.
