Looking to upgrade your home or fix something, found the right page. Offer home improvement work for most home projects. I do excellent-quality work and respectful of the customers' home. NOT a certified electrician or plumber, I have done bathroom remodels, plus other projects requiring me to do electrical and plumbing. I have before and after pics if you're interested for some peace of mind. Minimum cost of project before parts cost-$200 -COST- Looking at job, planning, adding up numbers for contract, typing up contract, driving time, time of fueling vehicle to take care of job, loading parts/tools from storage, shopping time, unloading tools/parts at job site, doing job, picking up/load vehicle, cleaning up, garbage to landfill, store returns, returning tools/parts to storage, add up vehicle millage and receipts for taxes. Steven installed four toilets after I removed the existing ones. He was on time, performed the work promptly, and there have been zero issues since the install. Would do business with again and plan to in the future! Best, Chris

Steven was professional and punctual. He wrote a detailed contract after visiting our house and learning about the project. The bathroom project included removal of the old ceiling, installing new drywall on ceiling, drywall patching on the walls, and painting. He also installed a new vanity after taking out the old sink. All work was beautifully done. Since the spackling had to be dried, sanded, and reapplied it took several days to finish that and paint . Steve always told us what the next days task was and what time he would arrive. He showed up on time every day. Clean-up was also superb. I love the work.(I tried uploading pictures but am having a difficult time with the latest updates on my computer.) I will definitely be hiring Steve for future projects.

steve did several projects for me including wall repair, door replacement, and handrail installation. he did the work in a well organized professional manner , promptly and on budget. i would recommend him to anyone who wants a quality job done.

Discuss the project, look/get pics/meassuresments of project. Create a contract, review the contract with customer and proceed from there.

Learned from helping my neighbor's business doing this stuff. Seamed easy and started doing it on my own and building from there.
