I work for a municipality and needed work done quickly on an apartment we rent; turnaround target was 30 days. Charles was excellent in helping us meet our goal. Charles communicates on progress and any timing issues, did a beautiful job painting, replacing a light and hanging closet doors. I plan on using him again for future projects as much as possible.

If I could give Charles 100 stars I would. I own a second home upstate that my daughter lives in and I have been ripped off by every type of contractor there is. Living 4 hrs away and trying to find someone to do not only quality work but someone that actually shows up to do the work has been literally impossible over the last 2 years. And then I found Charles on thumbtack and I’m still in disbelief that he didn’t just respond immediately on Friday but I had an estimate ready by Monday morning. I paid the deposit( less than $150) and he came the same day! He did not ask to be paid anything additional during the process. He said you pay when everything is completed and you are satisfied. Scope of work involved installing 4 lights, baseboard molding, finishing tile backsplash, texture painting wall in kitchen, spackling ceiling in hallway, repairing holes in sheetrock. They do it all! I couldn’t be happier with Charles and motivated laborers! His punctuality, neatness, honesty, transparency and work ethic has finally put an end to my search for Mr. Fix It. Thank you Charles

Charles and his crew took good care of me from start to finish. They were very careful with all of my furniture and set everything up in my new apartment just the way I wanted. Everyone was courteous, polite and respectful. He quoted me and estimate and stuck to it- no sneaky little hidden fees or anything. If I should need future moving help, I will DEFINITELY be calling Charles' company!
