What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every aquarium is different, and every customer has their own unique needs. We work with new customers to figure out exactly the type of aquarium that would fit in their space or budget. An aquarium is a purchase that requires significant consideration and patience. Because every customer and every aquarium is different, we require a site visit before giving a price quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Technicians go through months of apprenticeship with the senior guys before we send them to you. We have very low turnover on our staff and all of our technicians are clean, professional, and friendly.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We service both residential and commercial customers. Homes, Hospitals, Dentists, Doctors, Lawyers, and anyone who wants to bring a slice of the ocean into their home or place of business.
