- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I own an ecommerce businesses that takes up a lot of my time so I can't devote much effort to cleaning the house. I started using maid services to free up my time. I found most maid services to be a hassle to deal with, in terms of having to get a quote (wait up to 2 weeks) then booking the cleaning (more time). I just wanted my house cleaned and felt the effort to hire a maid took just as much effort as cleaning itself. I decided to create a cleaning service that I'd want to do business with. Online booking, flat rate pricing, simple. I can go to a website, pick my own date and time, pay online and then go back to work in less than a minute.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We offer simple Flat rate pricing with add-ons. This allows you to customize the cleaning to your needs and pay only for what you want completed. We try to provide 2 member maid teams unless the size of the home would justify a 3rd team member. We service all of Nassau and Queens County and we are always willing to accommodate our clients wishes and requests as much as possible. Customer Happiness is our goal.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Most recent job was a 1 bedroom flat rate cleaning with Oven Cleaning and Refrigerator Cleaning added on. Took our team of maids a little over 2 hours and the client was thrilled with the results. She had been having trouble finding a reliable cleaner up until this point so we are just as happy as she is.
