Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, learn to swim, or increase range of motion and flexibility, I’ve got you covered. My areas of focus are fitness, nutrition, stretching, and swim instruction. You can book sessions for solely swim instruction, personal training, stretching, or a mix of either. With 8 years of dedicated personal training experience and a degree in Public Health with a premedical focus from Johns Hopkins University, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and expertise to my practice. I have successfully worked with clients ranging in the ages of 4 to 70 years old, in swim lessons, personal training, and/or stretching. With respect to personal training, I can use any equipment and also accompany you to your gym of choice. Throughout the years I have been specializing in guiding individuals who want to gain muscle, lose weight, even if recovering from injuries such as bad backs, torn rotator cuffs, and knee ligament tears. My expertise in fitness,nutrition, swim instruction and stretching allows for a diverse range of wellness services allowing me to provide comprehensive care tailored to enhancing fitness results, flexibility, healthy dieting, mobility, and overall wellness. I am committed to helping my clients achieve their fitness goals whether they want to reach a fitness goal, increase their range of motion, or learn how to swim.

It was a pleasure to work with this young man. Very professional. He exhibited positive reinforcement of basic teaching skills. His quite caring attention to my grandsons was welcomed. Teaching requires patience and Mr. Patrick as my grandchildren refer to the teacher displays an abundance of patience. We are looking forward to future lessons learned

I’ve started with Horace this week for personal training, and I really feel like I’m getting great service for what I paid for. He lays out a work out plan personalized for your goals and over time gets you to where you need to be. Any area of fitness you need addressed, he can improve you on. Highly recommend for anyone getting a physical trainer for the first time.
