FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before deciding on a price, the house is to be inspected first. The price of labor would be based on the size of the house and the condition of the walls. This would apply to any exterior and interior work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer would call us for a painting job. We would ask for information like their home address, email address and phone number.. We would also ask them about their budget and discuss a time to visit and inspect their house. After checking the size of the house and the condition of the walls, we would give an estimate of how much the labor price would be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One training includes completing a 30-hour Construction Safety and Health course from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This and obtaining a Home Improvement License from the Department of Labor.
