When my elliptical machine broke, the manufacturer could not send out a repair person for two months. That person previously struggled to repair the machine. Instead, I hired a local company that broke it even more, charged for the visit and refused to return any phone calls. Admittedly, this model is difficult to work on but wasn’t there someone in the tri-state area that could fix it? Hughes from Kingdom Fitness Supply was that someone. He did not give up, despite the design flaws of the machine, and I can now exercise on it again. Thank you Hughes.

They were fantastic! Not only did they fix my 14-year-old Horizon treadmill, they actually calibrated it better than when it was set up new; it was never this smooth and quiet before, and they found that certain screws had not been in place all this time. A dream to work with, talk to, and learn from. The app made me choose three out of five offered qualities, but they were also responsive and punctual, arriving when they said they would on sane-day notice. They charged exactly what they had posted up-front, even after taking additional time to make sure the machine was lubricated properly and otherwise issue-free. A wonderful father-son team; no need to look anywhere else!
