- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We attempt to apply any and all discounts to make the project as affordable as possible. In today’s market material and the cost of business has risen so we work diligently to get you the most value for your dollar!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to have a brief phone summary of what it is that we may assist with and get a date and time to get our team member on site. You’ll always be meeting directly with an owner not just an estimator. Then we generally take about 1-2 business days depending on the size of the project and get you an overall cost estimate . Should we have the privilege of meeting your criteria and you’d like to move forward ; we then establish a full scope of work contract with all items outlined including our 1 year INSTALLATION WARRANTY. Once all parties have agreed and signed the contract , we set a start timeline and we are off! We assist you thru the entire project from product selection to timelines and overcome any hurdles along the way … making it a smooth process from start to finish !

We have multiple team members certified in NYDOS Code Enforcement/Real estate salespersons/HUD certified Real estate assessment certifications and physical standards certifications
