- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My accounting and tax preparation fees are billed hourly, depending on the number of hours needed to properly handle the respective assignment..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I assess and get an understanding of each new client. I develop a scope of work, realizing that every client is different and each one is at a different point in their continuum. I will make sure I have all of the access necessary to review my clients situation. Through my attention to detail, I'm able to provide quality financial advice. I'll keep all of your documents in order and communicate openly about your current situation. To make it easy to meet with me, I offer flexible appointment availability seven days a week. You'll receive my full attention during appointments, and you'll have the chance to ask me questions about your options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in the state of NY as a Certified Public Accountant.I earned a Masters in Business Administration in Taxation from St. John's University Peter J. Tobin College of Business and also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting from SUNY College at Old Westbury.
