Had some heavy lifting removing stuff from basement. He was very careful not to damage the walls, very strong and worked with me on cost for a few additional tasks I added while he was here.

Cochran came to our home in less than 30 minutes and removed 20 plus bags of ceramic floor tile. He left no mess and efficiently removed all bags. He was also the best value of all quotes received.
