JKS came quick and cleared our storm damage within days. Their price was quite fair and they left the site usable and safe. We are going to hire them to do our re-build as a result. We had Joe re build our patio after storm damage. He help us with the insurance claim and got the job done and up to code, on time and budget. His guys are the best. Went above and beyond. I had just entered into an agreement with Joe, then Allen posted his 1 star review and I was instantly nervous. Fortunately, my experience with Joe was nothing but positive. The job started on time, was completed on schedule and the work was first rate. He had 2 laborers assisting him ~ both hard working and professional. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Joe to others and would gladly hire him again if needed.

Project started later than agreed upon, completed later than agreed upon and over budget. Materials delivered earlier than needed, as a result wood for roof very warped but still installed with wavy result. Much of the work subcontracted, some to unqualified workers (by their own admission). I had to contact state police because I was getting harassed by subcontractor who felt he was under paid. Four months after completion garage door not working, fascia falling off, contractor contacted but hasn’t come to fix so paying another pro to correct. Terrible experience.
