Very rude and unprofessional, I would recommend to resonate with professional etiquette when dealing with customers amongst other things that might need to happen with this individual. I reached out for a service. I didn’t hear back. Someone else contacted me before them with the services that I needed. Horizon contracting company contacted me the next day to phone while I was in meetings in classes so I missed your call. They also texted me. At my earliest convenience I text them back and let them know that I found someone else for the Services and also thank them for responding. Horizon contracting company, then proceeded to text me back to thumbnail app and a very rude, crass, entitled tone in context expressed I should had pretty much answered my phone to let them know something… I’m not sure who gave this individual or this company authority dictate which modality individuals & customers respond to them. If you text me on my phone call me or respond to me in thumb whichever the modality is a response is a response appreciate the response and move on. I’m sure some customers would just ignore you and not respond at all if they don’t need your services. I found someone else suitable for the job and I politely and professionally let you know that. There was no need for all the extra rude borderline harassment through text. All you had to say “Gotcha” & move on. I’m glad you actually did this cause I would someone like you in my home doing anything your energy is very awful and I don’t trust individuals and companies that moves like you. Be careful hiring these individuals and if you are a woman, make sure you have a male companion from a family around whenever they do the jobs in case you have to address something that needs to be changed fixed rectified or whatever. Quite frankly, I don’t know if I was speaking to a woman or a man from this company. Either way, protect yourself be very careful and mindful of who you hire for jobs on here. Especially this one.
