- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is a 60 dollar estimate within 5 miles of 13021 80 dollars outside that area with a 67 cents a mile fee added. If hired that estimate fee is waived and it’s a 3 hour minimum charge for the job at 75 dollars an hour .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing ourselves at meeting,asking the customer what they would like completed and explaining the process to completing their request. We give an estimate to complete the job. We ask if the customer has any questions and offer solutions to concerns or issues they may have for the work being asked to complete. If we are hired to complete the job we have the customer sign a contract that spells out the work to be done and the cost. We explain that The size of the job dictates the way we bill. If it’s a small job we ask the customer to pay for materials and explain labor will be invoiced and paid in full upon completion. If it’s a big job with many things needed to be done and materials are needed we ask for 50 percent of the cost up front. We have also billed hourly per man on the job and invoiced by weekly .

I’ve worked building high rises for 15 years. Feild experience is the best teacher.
