I have been working out with Jonathan for over 5 years. As someone who works in the corporate world, with not much personal time, my hour with him in the morning is my favorite part of the day. To chat with him about life, have him motivate me, and have him push me though things I feel I can’t do until I can, is completely destressing - tho I often dread cardio day, I live it at the end!!. He is totally holistic - health in (nutrition and proper eating, knowing I love wine and chocolate) and health out (being fit, gaining strength and muscle tone, and achieving my goals). He’s not about being thin and buff, but about being healthy!!! Recently diagnosed with cancer, I know he will be able to formulate a program which fits my needs completely. Jonathan is an extremely personal, warm and empathetic person and it comes through in his training style

Jonathan and I have worked for almost 8 months. He was extremely encouraging and pushed me to achieve my goal. I wasn’t obese when I met him, but definitely had so much to lose. Also, I never ever worked out in my life and eating healthy was not even my thing. He helped me maintain a proper diet and kept me motivated through the entire process. He created effective workout plans that suit my body type. He made sure my technique was right to avoid injuries. I could clearly see that my stamina and strength have improved week by week, along with the weight loss. He also made sure that my body fat percentage has gone down which improved my metabolism. I thoroughly enjoyed working out under his guidance. He is highly reliable and punctual. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Jonathan is a wonderful trainer! He knows how to motivate his clients and pushes them to their fullest potential. Additionally, he adapts to the needs of his clients- he worked around my work schedule, and even changed up workouts last minute when I was experiencing some shoulder pain. I’ve never felt as confident working out as I did with Jon.

In order to prepare for my 1st marathon I needed some cross training and strength work, I certainly had the cardio covered with my miles. Jon was attentive to my specific needs (legs & core) and really was a blessing. I dropped some weight and definitely saw a change in my measurements thanks to his workouts. Don’t be fooled, he worked me hard and always had new activities to give me. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, friendly and competent trainer.
