- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2 HOUR MINIMUM on all jobs. Prices on services are for 2 men only. Packing jobs are $110 an hour for 2 men or $150 an hour for 2 men with supplies. Anything else requiring more men or extras, we’re happy to provide. It will just cost more. Ladies & Gentlemen, all jobs from $400-$1000 require a $100 deposit. Above $1000 we need a 25% deposit. These are to guarantee your moving day as well as your preferred time slot. Packing services don’t include supplies. If you need that, we’re very happy to bring some, it’ll just cost more. Please inquire if you have any questions about anything. ***if we can’t double park, We ask you to please hold Parking for us with your car or boxes/cones, or via your superintendent. If we have to park more than 3 cars (50 feet) away from your residence or spot, or there are long walkways you didn’t tell us about prior, you’ll be charged an $150 additional long carry fee. That’s the only fee we have. Nothing hidden, ever. **If you didn’t tell us prior that you’re higher than the 3rd floor in a building with stairs, the long carry fee of $150 will be applied to your job. Again, that is the only fee we have ! No hidden fees ever . ***Packing, unpacking and furniture assembly are NOT included in loading and unloading or delivery services. They are separate charges. ***Please note our travel time with or without a truck in between two destinations is counted in your hourly rate . ***We will disassemble and assemble 1 piece as a courtesy during loading services. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a Preliminary phone call to discuss the customer’s needs and logistics. Then we gather information, then give a quote unless a prior quote was already agreed on. We also follow up the day before to confirm everything is ok for the day of the move. If we need to change something, we change it.
