My name is Parker Ciancanelli I work with ALL TYPES OF FLOORING and do INSTALLATIONS & REPAIRS. If you need those old wood floors refinished i do SANDING AND REFINISHING!! Parker was great! We have carpet that had buckled and since it is glued down, other carpet repair people said it couldn’t be fixed. Parker came exactly when he said he would and told me he could fix the problem. He gave me a quote and we set a date for the repair. A day before the repair, he reached out to confirm. He thought he might be able to fix the problem in a way that wouldn’t require quite so much work. Once he began the project, he realized he needed to fix it ‘the hard way’ by pulling the carpet up and re-gluing it down. He didn’t cut corners on repairing our carpet, and for that I am so thankful. His price was very reasonable and I will definitely use him again. He works on hardwood, tile, carpet and even hangs wallpaper!

Parker was very responsive, and always in touch regarding his arrival. Very professional, and clearly one of the FEW people who not only take pride in their work but stand behind it. I was pleasantly surprised to know he does anything flooring, not just repair carpets (which is what we used him for). We plan to use him for other jobs around our home moving forward. He is the kind of person that becomes a keeper as he is trustworthy and honest. Thanks SO much Parker!!

Parker did an excellent job of stretching my grandmother's carpet in her living room and bedroom that was badly buckled and wrinkled . He provided excellent customer service and was not only very professional but extremely polite. He even vacuumed the carpet. My grandmother was very pleased. Would definitely use him again in the future and recommend him to others.
