My name is Parker Ciancanelli I work with ALL TYPES OF FLOORING and do INSTALLATIONS & REPAIRS. If you need those old wood floors refinished i do SANDING AND REFINISHING!! Parker just finished re-stretching my 2nd floor carpet. He gave me a quote for 2 rooms and a hallway. Then I found some bubble spots in another room. He came and saw the issue. Instead of giving me a new quote, he said, "Let me start working and see what happens." He did my extra room at no extra charge. He is the first service man that is so honest and kind. I highly recommend him.

Parker was great! We have carpet that had buckled and since it is glued down, other carpet repair people said it couldn’t be fixed. Parker came exactly when he said he would and told me he could fix the problem. He gave me a quote and we set a date for the repair. A day before the repair, he reached out to confirm. He thought he might be able to fix the problem in a way that wouldn’t require quite so much work. Once he began the project, he realized he needed to fix it ‘the hard way’ by pulling the carpet up and re-gluing it down. He didn’t cut corners on repairing our carpet, and for that I am so thankful. His price was very reasonable and I will definitely use him again. He works on hardwood, tile, carpet and even hangs wallpaper!
