Yupi responded immediately and came out to give an assessment. The assessment was free, I felt he was honest and the value was great. I hired him and he returned the following day in time as promised and completed the job in a timely manner. He was neat, professional and respectful. I would recommend him to friends and family. I had issue with a clog and (previous) slow drain. The existing drain design was not well thought out and slope was flat. Hired Yupi and team to clear the clog and redo the kitchen sink drain. He explained the whole process and allowed me opportunity to check his work in stages. Honest man and straight forward. He also helped cut back my pullout drawer under my sink to accommodate for the new P trap and put in a clean out valve so I can perform my own future maintenance.
