- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $60/hr, but I am willing to work within a reasonable budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work remotely and typically I'll start off the project by gathering all details from you on what is needed. I will ask questions on anything that is unclear and if needed, arrange a phone call. Once I am clear on all details, I'll give you an estimate and will need a 50% deposit to start on the work. Depending on what type of project it is, I will usually give you 2-3 options on the design. Once a design direction is selected, I will tweak the design as well as work on any other assets needed and then send that over for feedback. Once I receive your feedback, I will make any adjustments and send over for final review. Once the final design is approved, I will bill you for the final payment and release the design files upon receipt of final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Fashion Institute of Technology for design and marketing and have over 10 years of work experience with graphic design, branding, art direction, and marketing.
