💯first class company, so professional and meticulous with your home! I was scammed by another company Experts Duct Cleaners who never sucked out the vents before they cleaned the duct work and I paid a lot of money to have dirty vents. Needless to say I was heartbroken 💔 Gio the owner of Gems had also reached out to me so I said to myself “let’s try this again” and it was worth every cent. He came on time looked at the work that was either poorly done or not done at all and really helped me. He cut his price in half because he is empathetic to companies scamming good people. He also checked everything including my chimney that was a fire hazard and then he went to work with his employee Victor. They work so good together and there was constant communication throughout the entire process so he could show me what they were doing but what to be cautious of moving forward. No doubt I got the right company the second time. Lastly he was so upset with what the previous company did he called them right up in front of me and told them straight up that what they had did in my house was just wrong and that meant the world to me and my family. This is a rare quality to find in a person. I will be using this company in the future and I will be sharing my experience with every person I come in contact with that needs work done to their homes. First and foremost, the secretary was very helpful. Thank you, Maria! I give this company a five star review.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The technician was very helpful. I did not know. I had that much lint in my dryer vent or in my air ducts he gave me a quote over the phone. And he did not charge me for the dryer vent cleaning or the bathroom exhaust Cleaning. He actually charged me 50% less than the parent companies that are on Google but the same job worth I mean he took his time. My house is about 3300 square-foot. 4 to 6 hours to do he came in did his job explain and and showed me how the machine worked what indications to look for if there was an issue and he also gave me a two-year service warranty. He also does garage doors he gave me an inspection absolutely free come to find out I need a new springs, he just charged me for the labor and I paid for the material one of the best technicians I ever seen in my life. Thank you again Gerardo I’ll be using you and your company more of my services in the future. Thanks again.
