The groomer was very professional. He arrived with 100% of his materials. My 2 dogs each have issues with drop off groomers. This job was done in my home, with no mess at all. I would definitely use them again. I am very pleased with the results.

Sunny has gotten groomed 2x by rawpawzel so far and they always deliver! Gabriela was on time and even earlier then expected and she finished Sunny in an hr which was amazing because she was really matted and sunny has very bad grooming anxiety. Will definitely be booking Gabriela and Rawpawzel again for Sunny!

Absolutely horrible. Their groomer gave red rashes to my dog all over her belly, she even has a little cut on her thigh. I told the groomer specifically to cut out the tangles so that it wouldn’t hurt her, instead the groomer brushed all over and left my dog with rashes all over. Not to mention she was an hour late which I can forgive, but my dog being hurt is unacceptable. Somebody report them please.
