Julian did an Amazing job!!! The grout of my shower walls was covered in mold. I contacted Ark Concept & Design and Julian responded to my inquiry within minutes. The very next day he came and removed all of the old grout, and put fresh new grout on the shower walls. It looks Beautiful!!! Thank you Julian for being Profesional, answering all of my questions and making my bathroom look brand new!! I highly recommend Ark Concept/Julian, to anyone searching for remodeling, repair, or upgrades to your home.

I highly recommend Julius for any custom deck or home improvement projects. Julius recently built a 200 sq feet waterproof custom deck in my backyard and did an amazing job. He was extremely professional, efficient and completed the project within the committed timeline. Most importantly he listened to what I wanted and implemented it instead of telling me he can’t like many others did. I need to be waterproof and it is. This was his first waterproof deck Julius not only built the deck but also converted one of my windows into a stylish door, installed a new glass door for my kitchen and moved my gate opener to a more convenient location. He put up additional kitchen cabinets and shelves as per my needs. Julius is highly skilled and pays great attention to details. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. Julius charged a very reasonable price for the high quality work delivered. He is one of the best constructors I have ever worked with. I would not hesitate to use Julius again for any future projects and recommend him to all my friends and family. If you need a trustworthy constructor to build you a custom deck or for any home renovations, Julius is the person to call. You will not be disappointed!
