I was very impressed with the quick response. My issue was a dryer which was 12 yrs old. Unfortunately I have to buy a new one. Dmitrii was prompt and very professional. He spent a good amount of time taking apart my dryer and showing me every broken part and gave me prices for each one. Due to age of my dryer it makes more sense to buy a new one. I will definitely call him again for any other appliance issue.
