I had an excellent experience with optimum waterproofing and construction I am a 100% satisfied customer. I worked closely with chris and he was absolutely fantastic! He made this overwhelming process so easy and the only thing my wife and I had to do was choose the shingles as he took care of everything else. He spent significant time with me, both in-person and on the phone (texts and calls), and even during non-business hours as I had a million questions. He certainly went above and beyond his normal duties to ensure I was ok throughout this entire process.
The roofing crew was great. They arrived on time and ensured my property was well taken care of. During clean up they ran out of daylight but they all had flashlights walking around my house ensuring all the scraps from the old roof and nails were picked up.
I hope to never have to replace my roof again, but if I have any problems in the future, optimum waterproofing and construction is my go-to. Highly recommened!
