I bought a new home that had a tenant living there for 10+ years. The house was not clean at all and the bathroom was the worst. The tub was black and moldy and disgusting. Andy and team amazed me. They made the tub look almost brand new again! I thought i was going to have to replace it, but now I feel comfortable using it as my shower. The kitchen was bad also and they made me feel good about having my food there. I'm very pleased with the work and will contact again for future projects.

I can’t say enough about Andy and his assistant. After purchasing a house built in 1900 in Buffalo, the basement probably hadn’t been cleaned in 50 years. Andy did wonders cleaning the ceilings, cement and walls and floor, removing bags and bags of sediment build up from over the decades. They worked so hard all day until the job was done and done to his standards. Truly amazing and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The best cleaning service in Buffalo, hands down. Excellent deep cleaning combined with the competitive price - the customer cannot ask for better. Andy and Mike did a terrific job cleaning the attic and the basement of the house I just bought. It was not an easy task, because there were still debris, dust, and dirt. Once they were done (and they did it as fast as possible), it felt like I was in a living room. Outstanding in every way!

I hired Handy Andy and his crew to do a big basement and garage clean out. Andy always returned my calls and emails right away. He showed up right on time to do the estimate and gave me a price that was extremely fair. He and his crew arranged for a dumpster, hauled furniture and all kinds of items up from the basement and then cleaned it thoroughly. The crew were very polite and respectful of my property. They worked efficiently, and when they were done, Andy decided to come back the next day, at no extra charge, and do another deep cleaning. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Handy Andy and his crew are, and I would highly recommend him for any cleaning job. He can also do other small jobs around the house like painting, and he spot-cleaned some carpets for me. I would absolutely call on him again for other projects in my house.

Every job is different. Pricing is based on what situation we are dealing with and the duration of each project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer an in person meeting. Its better to do an in person estimate, so I can see the project first hand. If we agree on a price we book the job.

I have on the job training and over 10 years experience now. I have a sharp eye for spotting the small details.
