Bryan is the best trainer I have ever had. From the beginning I never felt he judged me. Many others in the passed made me so embarrasses about my weight and athletic ability. With Bryan there is no judgement and what ever your needs are he is able to come up with a program that fits the whole you. Bryan really gave me a program that I wanted, one I can do with our with out him, strength increase, better energy, weight lose, and just feel great all around. Plus many of my special needs he had never really dealt with but with me being honest with passed medical issues and current ones his knowledge built a great work out. Even when not training with him he is encouraging, supportive, and just genuine about it all. Plus he lets me watch and laugh to the tune Frasier and Will Grace while i do my workouts on Lifetime. Love his gym Omni Fitness so clean, neat, friendly and you will never be judged or feel uncomfortable no matter who you are. Bryan and Omni are a big hit in my book and my husbands David.

I have trained with Bryan for several years now, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great personal training experience.  Bryan provides training sessions that are fun and motivating.  I never felt intimidated or overwhelmed, but at the same time he has pushed me beyond what I thought were my limits.  Bryan has consistently listened to my goals and worked to help me achieve them.  He also helped me realize that while gym time was important, nutrition was just as important to overall fitness.  With Bryan’s coaching and counseling, I have achieved a sustainable level of fitness that I never thought I could reach, even with my busy lifestyle.  Bryan keeps himself up to date with new research and techniques and has integrated them into my training programs, which has kept my sessions interesting for years.  Without any reservations, I know that Bryan would make a great personal trainer for someone just beginning a fitness regimen or for an accomplished athlete.

I would highly recommend Bryan Nunziato to anyone in search of a personal trainer. I have been exercising consistently on my own for a number of years, but I never really felt like I was able to reach the goals that I set for myself. In the short time that I have been working out with Bryan, I have seen major results including weight loss, more muscle definition, and longer endurance. Bryan Nunziato is a great motivator to me and pushes me to a level that I never knew that I could meet. He does this in a very positive way that is sensitive to my personality. I look forward to the sessions that I have with Bryan because I know that each workout will be effective and that I will be challenged in a positive way.

When it comes to rating personal trainers, Bryan Nunziato is a 10. He's smart and innovative, gets to know his clients so they can perform their personal best, changes routines when needed to get maximum benefit, and overall motivates me to work out six days a week. Bryan equals results.

I have trained with Bryan for a year. When I first started, I had not worked out much. Bryan made customized schedules for me both in exercise and nutrition. He is demanding in every workout, always pushing you to get your best effort. Bryan continues to develop new workout plans. I have also taken his and his staff's full spinning and spinning express claseses. Through this training, i have lost 20 pounds, gotten stronger and completed the albany corporate challenge as well as two 50+ mile charity bike rides. Bryan is a great trainer!
