Extremely responsive in getting quote. Contractor changed job parameters after job started, did not complete all agreed segments of work. However, he did reduce quote somewhat after missed work was pointed out. Work did not meet my standards but my standards are high. (Floor laid wrong direction, did not lay requested underlayment at all, not flush to wall, not tightly grooved, notched out showing subfloor, moisture backing cut short at entrance, did not lay under flooring under baseboards as requested, caulked unevenly the gaps, did not unscrew closet guides but notched around them). Sent him to Home Depot with cash and did not receive receipt or change. I provided materials but he did not have tools. Discontinued contract and my husband chose to both fix the gaps and finish the work himself. Also had to repaint my room. He did not cover or attempt to protect any of the already finished areas. No hard feelings - life lesson. This contractor has more experience with masonry and outdoor work.

Joey is very careful in making sure the work is done correctly. He is very meticulous and goes above and being to ensure the process runs smoothly. He is priced reasonably and I love the professionalism.
