- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to give both quality work and fair pricing. We make sure to explain all the charges up front and be upfront and honest. We do offer 20% off for First Responders and our Veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we schedule a free estimate. We come out to take measurements and discuss your project and what you're looking for. We will determine if you want us to purchase and or pickup material, or if you want to get your own materials. We provide an estimate and answer all questions along the way. We will follow up and assist in the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 3rd generation Tile setter/installer. I have over 20 years of experience in the industry.
