- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages are broken down by hour so that customers can choose the perfect option for their needs. Wedding customers who book us for multiple services are eligible to receive a 20% discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer inquires about our services, we send them our pricing information. They are able to talk it over and choose the best option for them. All the while we are available to answer any questions they might have. Once the customers have decided to book us, we create a contract with the event details and send it to them. The customer returns the signed contract with a 25% deposit. This secures the date for them. The remaining balance is due the day of the event.

Ebabil Photo & Video consists of experienced professionals who graduated from New York Film Academy's Film Making program. We have over 10 years of experience in this field.
