Cleicia was very responsive to messages when I booked this cleaning. It was a bit of a unique situation due to some ongoing issues at my apartment, and the fact that I'm sensitive to bleach. Cleicia understood what I needed and communicated that effectively to her team. Also, I'm immunocompromised and they were very respectful of my request to wear masks inside of my apartment. Will definitely hire them again!

Good experience. 3 very good cleaners did a great job on my house, which really needed a cleaning. She spoke only portuguese but had a translation app on her phone. Very smart and helpful.

The two women from CR Cleaning who cleaned the apartment did a wonderful job, leaving the place sparkling clean. They communicated any questions they had and were very pleasant and professional. We would definitely hire them again.

The ladies were very friendly, kind and got right to work. I did have to point out a few missed base boards and window sills which they promptly cleaned. The fee was more than what was quoted. I recommend getting clarity around the quote and pricing model. I received a quote for 3 bedrooms only had them clean 2 of the 3 bedrooms and still paid more than what was quoted. Again the ladies were friendly and did a great job.
