Not sure it's Cashmere's fault. According to Thumbtack she was available today at noon. I thought it was confirmed and then she asked if we could change my appointment. Being that I do a lot of prep (straightening - and getting things off surfaces - stuff that has to be replaced after clearning) before having my house cleaned, I told her to forget it and I'll just clean myself. It isn't as thorough as if a young person who does this work cleaned, but, at 79 I still do a damn good job. I was hopeing to find someone I could have a long time cleaning relationship with. At this point - I may just ask my network for a recommendation. How she can improve???? Communication is everything. But it may be the fault of Thumbtack. Not sure.
