- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing has been carefully calculated based on the cost of supplies, my experience, my training, the clients demand, and time that it will take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I always thank them for allowing me to adorn them with henna! I start by asking what knowledge they have about henna and if they have any experiences. If not I go and explain what henna is, how long you should leave it on, how long to avoid water exposure, etc. Then we move onto what designs they find interesting and i give them a quote as to how much that would be and I also suggest letting me know if they have a certain amount they'd like to spend because I can always just freestyle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Internationally Certified Natural Henna Artist! I try to gain as much knowledge I can about henna.
