What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our dumpster rentals start at $299 for 5 days, and includes 1-ton in weight (2000 lbs.). Any weight over 1-ton is billed back at .07 cents per lb. We provide a 10% discount to Veterans and First Responders!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a customers needs, make sure we can meet them, arrange a drop-off location, and then do our best to exceed expectations every time with friendly, clean, professional service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well, I am currently in Law School, and my undergrad is in marketing and business management. Dave has a CDL B, and over a decade in the business.
